Step 1 (for a new Limited Company setup)

We can form your new UK Limited company within a matter of hours for £99.

Lets say you chose the name Business Ace Limited and it is available (this name is already registered).

You can check if it is available by clicking here and searching the name on Companies House website.

You can complete our company formation questionnaire online with the details of the directors etc. The certificate of incorporation is normally available within 24 hours and by special arrangement beforehand we can have this available for you within hours if necessary.

Step 2- Domain Registration

Check that your domain(s) name is available. Ideally you want these match precisely your business name as that will make your website easier to find for your customers!. We also recommend trying to get the .com and .co.uk suffixes and where possible .net might be a wise move for the future.

For registering for you we charge:

£18 for .co.uk

£35 for .com

£35. net

Say you registered all three the cost would be £88

Total cost of this order so far would be £187.

The timescale so far would be a matter of hours and normally within 24 hours.

Step 3 - Hosting

You order a basic website from us which we will design on your behalf. Hosting the website on our own servers will cost you £99 for the first year and currently £10 per month thereafter. After the first year you can cancel your account with one full calendar months notice as anytime.

Total cost of this order so far would be £286.

Step 4 - Email Accounts

We would set up a catch all matching email account for your web domain(s). This would catch all emails sent to this domain.

In addition you can have three specific email accounts for your website such a jo.smith@businessace.co.uk (in this example we have used the .co.uk which would also pick up the emails if someone typed .com or .net at then end of your email address if you had ordered these domain names as well).

We will inform you how to setup Outlook Express or Outlook on your computer to pick up your emails from our servers.

Total cost of this order so far would be £286 (email accounts shown are included in the price).

Email accounts can normally be setup within 24 hours of the domains been registered.

Step 5 - Website Design

We would design and place your website on our dedicated web servers. A smart template would give all your web pages a defined uniform appearance and your basic website including "home page", "contact us" page and up to two product or services pages.

£175 is our charge for a basic website on this type.

The charge for addition pages would range from £25 per page to approximately £100 per page depending on complexity.

Total cost of this order so far would therefore be £461

The timescale for the full package being completed would normally be one to two weeks and sooner if agreed in advance and may incur further fees. However you can commence to trade as soon as the company has been formed !

So the total cost in this example including a Limited company set up would be £461 OR without limited company set up being required the cost would be £362.

Registration facilities from £75. This applies to your website and can secure pages for registered users only. Registration activation on your website would normally cost between £75 and £195 depending on complexity. This can greatly assist you on helping your customers give you their information online saving you time and your customer can maintain their own up to date records.

Business Stationery from £30. Business cards (single or double sided, matt or glossy), letterheads, brochures, fridge magnets and much more delivered to your door within as little as a week.

Telecommunications from £25. Get a non geographic 0870 phone number (which can be redirected to a phone number of your choice) to give your business a national presence. This involved a set up fee of £25.  Why not get a fax to email number number too ! Faxes you are sent arrive immediately to you computer by email !

Marketing & Promotion from £95 (plus postage costs) - not included in this example.

Remember in addition if you do not have an accountant or tax adviser to help guide you through the minefield of dealing with the UK Inland Revenue, companies house etc. we can arrange for our sister company T4 Tax Group to prepare you first years accounts for a discounted, fixed price for the first year including Payroll. The price for this would depend on the complexity or size of your business and the work required. However for a small company this price can start from as little as £795 (discounted)

A complete business solutions package including company formation, business cards, business phone numbers, website design, website hosting email accounts together with accountancy and tax services can therefore start from as little as £1,295 for the first year (or you could opt to pay from as little as £125 per month to spread the cost) dropping to a little as £995 for the second year.
